2. Services Provided
We provide website hosting packages, dedicated servers (HDD and SSD), and related infrastructure services, managed through a CyberPanel control panel. Package specifications, including disk space, traffic allowance, and included features, are as described on our Packages page at the time of order.
3. Account Registration & Your Responsibilities
You must provide accurate, current information when registering for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our Services to: host or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content; send unsolicited bulk email (spam); distribute malware or engage in hacking, phishing, or denial-of-service attacks; or otherwise abuse shared network or system resources in a way that affects other customers. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with notice where reasonably possible.
5. Payment, Billing & Renewals
Fees are billed in advance according to the billing cycle selected at the time of order (monthly, annually, or otherwise). Packages are renewed automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through your client area. Prices are as listed at checkout and may be updated for future billing periods with reasonable prior notice.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
You may cancel your service at any time through your client area or by contacting us. Refunds, where applicable, are handled in accordance with the specific offer under which the service was purchased and any money-back guarantee period stated at the time of order. Domain registration fees are generally non-refundable once a domain has been registered.
7. Service Availability & Support
We aim to provide highly available hosting services as described in our Service Level Agreement (SLA). Support is provided through our ticketing system and by phone during the hours stated on our Contact page.
8. Data Backup Responsibility
While we may offer backup features as part of certain packages, you remain responsible for maintaining your own independent backups of your website files, databases, and email data. We are not liable for data loss resulting from customer error, third-party software, or events outside our reasonable control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount paid by you for the affected service during the month in which the issue occurred. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your Services for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or unlawful use, with notice where reasonably possible. You may terminate your Services at any time in accordance with Section 6.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
